Role OverviewWe are looking for a skilled, hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to help maintain our property in Columbus. This is an active maintenance and repair position.
What You Will Do
Perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs throughout the property. Diagnose and address common HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and mechanical issues.

Requirements
- Previous hands-on building, facilities, property, apartment, commercial, or similar maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance
- The ability to identify a problem, determine a solution, and complete repairs safely
- Good time-management and organizational skills
- A strong commitment to workplace and building safety
- The ability to work independently while communicating effectively with management
- The ability to stand and move throughout the building for extended periods
- The ability to safely lift and carry at least 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills, including email and video conferencing
