Role OverviewThe Building Management Specialist serves as a key member of the Building Services team, supporting the safe, efficient, and effective operation of one or more buildings and surrounding property. The position applies building management knowledge and sound judgment to address facility needs, resolve operational issues, coordinate services, and support the development of effective building management practices.
What You Will Do
Apply building management concepts, principles, and practices to routine and complex facility issues. Plan and carry out assignments independently, resolving operational issues and interpreting established policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required
