Job Description
Project Renewal is seeking a Building Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of a 130-unit congregate care supportive housing program in East Midtown Manhattan. The Building Manager will supervise custodial staff, perform daily tasks, and ensure the building's boiler is functioning properly. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least four years of experience in building maintenance, repair, and management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience working in building maintenance, repair, and management
  • Experience supervising maintenance or custodial workers
  • Bilingual or multilingual a plus
