Job Description
The Building Manager is responsible for the supervision and direction of custodial staff in performing repair and maintenance work in a 200-bed emergency shelter for homeless women. The position involves hands-on involvement in ensuring a safe, clean, and code-compliant facility for clients and staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of four years of experience in building maintenance, repair, and management
  • Supervising experience of maintenance or custodial workers
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Fire Guard certification-F-02 or Fire Safety Coordinator F-80
  • Certificate of Fitness for Standpipe/Sprinkler Maintenance, S-12 and S-13, S95, P99, OSHA 10 AND OSHA 30
