Job Description
We are seeking a Building / Maintenance Assistant to help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our residents and staff. The ideal candidate will have basic maintenance skills, the ability to troubleshoot issues, and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of maintenance supervisory experience
  • At least 1 year of hands-on painting experience
  • Knowledge of maintenance practices and safety regulations
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
  • Ability to minimize waste of supplies and misuse of equipment
  • CPR/BLS certification
