Role Overview

The Building Superintendent will manage maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation services for City-owned shelters, coordinate facility management, and oversee work order management. What You Will Do

The Building Superintendent will perform tasks such as managing work orders, estimating project costs, preparing scopes of work, and evaluating contract specifications. The role also involves acting as a contract manager for maintenance and repair work at designated locations.

Requirements

  • Education in an accredited college leading toward a baccalaureate degree in engineering, architecture, engineering technology, or a closely related field
