Role OverviewThe Building Support Staff will work at the Main Clubhouse, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all Fountain House members and staff. This highly visible position demands a strong work ethic, with an ability to balance a workload with shifting priorities and deadlines amidst interruptions and time demands.
What You Will Do
Maintain a safe environment by ensuring proper infrastructure, conducting daily visitor sign-in and health checks, and participating in the maintenance and cleanliness of the building. Respond to emergency situations, communicate clearly and professionally, and create a congenial atmosphere.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2+ years building maintenance experience or equivalent training
- Customer-service oriented, detail oriented and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in an efficient and timely manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and independently, minimal supervision
