Role OverviewLead maintenance and technical services of all factory areas, buildings, and utility equipment in accordance with safety and environmental requirements. Ensure availability of all necessary resources for production and other equipment. Provide status reports, handle any changes to maintenance plans, and onboard and train employees according to JTI standards.
What You Will Do
Support safe, effective, and timely implementation of capital investment projects at the factory. Perform control of contractors during installation/construction stage. Plan and control maintenance budget for the engineering department. Be accountable for energy consumption for facilities. Create purchase orders in SAP for maintenance and control payments for suppliers.

Develop the operating teams' technical understanding and capability. Act as Cell Lead for Building and Utilities. Be responsible for Daily Management Systems, such as CIL (Clean, Inspect, Lubricate), IE (Incident Elimination), DH (Defect handling), 90 days plan, and DDS (Daily direction Setting).
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Engineering or related field
- 5+ years in managerial position, with experience of maintenance management in industrial factories
- Good knowledge and experience on machinery, building, and utilities standards, EHS
- Fluency in English (Oral and written)
- Above average communication skills (verbally and written)
- Proficient Computer skills (word, excel, AutoCad, and power point)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, open-minded
- Above average Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Skills
