Role OverviewThe Builds Supervisor II will supervise production associates who perform tasks related to loading and unloading freight, accounting for materials, and overseeing the assembly and installation of server racks and their components. The individual will assist the Operation Manager and oversee cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns. They will ensure adequate safety measures are followed and recommend and implement documented changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years' experience in material handling operations
- Solid interpersonal and analytical skills
Benefits
- Base pay range of $82,000.00 - $90,000.00 Annual
