Role OverviewAs a Bulk Supervisor, you'll be a hands-on leader responsible for keeping apartment communities clean, safe, and ready for waste collection. You'll drive a company box truck or truck + trailer, inspect properties, remove bulky items, maintain dumpster and compactor areas, and ensure every stop meets our quality standards.
What You Will Do
You'll lead by example, provide day-to-day guidance to your team, step in as a working technician when needed, and keep the team stocked with necessary tools and supplies.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in field operations, logistics, property management, or a related industry
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT medical card)
