Requirements
Execute complex rigging operations
Read and interpret engineered lift plans
Select, inspect, and set up rigging gear
Communicate clearly with crane operators
Conduct pre-lift inspections
Mentor and provide guidance to apprentice and journeyman-level riggers
Identify and report damaged or unsafe rigging equipment
