As a Bun Coordinator, you will coordinate work activities within a production area to accomplish production schedules. Requirements

  • Maintain an accurate inventory system for production schedule
  • Ensure product is cut and wrapped according to customer's specifications
  • Ensure quality check from you and employees
  • Communicate with Long Haul Division when schedule is complete and when changes may occur
  • Work with crane operators to ensure proper buns are dropped and are the correct dates requested
  • Ensure proper information is communicated on any markdowns and charge backs
  • Make sure all scrap is moved in a timely manner
