Role OverviewThe Bus/Runner is responsible for supporting the dining room and culinary teams by delivering food promptly and accurately, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, and ensuring guests receive exceptional service.
What You Will Do
Assist servers with guest requests, clear and reset tables, refill beverages, and maintain station cleanliness.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Previous restaurant, food and beverage, hospitality, bus person, food runner, or guest service experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to provide warm, professional, and personalized guest service
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Must possess and maintain all required work cards and certifications, including a valid Southern Nevada Health District Food Handler Safety Training Card
