Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to assess and enhance the organization's use of Microsoft Viva solutions for colleague experience, engagement, and workforce analytics. The individual will engage with business stakeholders to understand how Microsoft Viva products are currently being used, document business processes and use cases, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions.

The successful candidate will help streamline and automate the generation of colleague insights, ensuring business users receive meaningful, actionable, and timely intelligence to support decision-making.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large enterprise environments.

- Experience working with data, insights, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
- Strong documentation skills including process mapping, business requirements, and user stories.
- Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
