Role OverviewThe Business Analyst/ Product Analyst is responsible for bridging business and technology teams to deliver strategic digital initiatives, process improvements, customer experience enhancements, analytics solutions, and Al-enabled capabilities.
What You Will Do
Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Create user stories, process flows, business rules, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation.

Requirements

- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, business process analysis, stakeholder management, and solution validation.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into clear requirements and actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart, Power BI, or similar platforms
