Role OverviewThe Business Analyst, Software Development Operations role is critical to the continued maturity of the group's software development organization, with a focus on understanding, documenting, analyzing, and improving the processes used by Software Development teams.
What You Will Do
The role will have the following main responsibilities: supporting Software Development operations and process improvement through developing a deep understanding of processes, meeting with leaders and team members, documenting current-state and future-state processes, analyzing Jira usage, and recommending process improvements.
