Job Description
Business Analyst 2 to own and optimize Finance and Customer Service focused business processes across the organization for manufacturing and distribution business, partnering closely with all areas of the business to ensure system and process solutions deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • Defining and implementing efficient work procedures
  • Owning business processes for leveraging ERP software
  • Investigating issues and working closely across all levels of the business to improve business processes within and across IT systems
  • Using AI, Excel, and automated analytics tools to uncover opportunities that boost both back office and operational productivity
  • Leading user adoption, training, and continuous improvement efforts with a strong focus on Finance and Supply Chain processes
  • Facilitating working sessions and presenting recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
  • Supporting solution design, evaluating system performance, and contributing to project planning across business teams
