Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in banking technology, business analysis, and project delivery, who is also fluent in English and Japanese. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Core Banking, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, and Payments, along with hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
What You Will Do
Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Core Banking and Transaction Banking initiatives. Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and non-functional requirements. Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility analysis for new initiatives and system enhancements.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Project Management within Banking or Financial Services.
- 7+ years of experience working with Core Banking, Cash Management, Transaction Banking, or Payments platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, system integration, and cross-functional project delivery.
- 3+ years of experience with SQL, data analysis, APIs, interfaces, and upstream/downstream system integration.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Japanese are required.
