Role OverviewJoin the team shaping Ohio's child welfare and home visiting data systems. As a Family Support Systems Analyst, you'll provide technical and programmatic support for statewide platforms like Ohio SACWIS, BIC, ROM, and TEAM Ohio.
What You Will Do
Provide technical assistance to developers and contractors on child welfare, interpret federal and state policies, create business rules, workflow diagrams, data models, and system specifications, and deliver help desk support to county and private child welfare agencies.
