Role OverviewAs a Business Analyst, you will support the Flight School Next program by delivering accurate, actionable insights that improve program execution, contract performance, and operational decision making. You will blend strong analytical capability with business analysis skills to gather inputs from stakeholders, validate data, identify trends, and prepare executive-ready dashboards and reports.
What You Will Do
Collect, validate, and interpret schedule, training, financial, operational, and contractual data to provide accurate performance visibility. Develop PowerBI dashboards and summary reports to translate complex data points into concise executive-ready narratives for monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc leadership reviews.
