Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Zirous is seeking a full-time Business Analyst to work directly with clients and Zirous technologists. The Business Analyst will work in a hybrid model with both work from home (remote) days and on-site days at the West Des Moines, IA office. The role will primarily work on data and analytics related projects, with the ability to expand into other divisions of Zirous projects too.

What You Will Do

The Business Analyst will work on a variety of projects, act as a liaison between the client's team and the internal Zirous technical team, and lead project flows through task management tools such as Jira and Monday.com. The role will also involve presenting proposals to clients, eliciting requirements, and validating solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3 - 5 years of business analysis experience working as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
• Previous experience working with a project task management tool.
• Ability to understand the underlying process and basic concepts around application connectivities with previous configuration experience.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple client projects at one time.
• Previous experience along with interest in data analysis.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• Experience with PowerBI is a plus.
