Role OverviewThe Business Analyst I-Innovation, Projects & Standards will assist in the implementation of new applications, software modules, and functional enhancements to existing software. The role involves working closely with internal IT, outside system vendors, and internal business customers to ensure functional user needs are addressed. The Business Analyst will assist in monitoring service requests, problem resolution, and provide input for the development of functional specifications to support process improvements.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities of the Business Analyst I-Innovation, Projects & Standards include assisting in the implementation of new applications, software modules, and functional enhancements to existing software. The role also involves acting as a liaison between internal IT and outside system vendors, monitoring service requests, and providing input for the development of functional specifications. Additionally, the Business Analyst will assist in providing training on new applications, responding to and resolving issues, and creating queries, views, reports, and analysis tools.

Requirements
- Associate's degree in Business, Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Data Processing, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting from an accredited institution
- One year of experience in business operations and the technology and applications used to support them
- Valid Class D driver's license from state of residence
