Role OverviewThe Business Analyst II-D&T works collaboratively within the IT department and business units to define, design, and interpret requirements into function for development to execute. They are also tasked with identifying problems, determining solution options, and recommends changes as needed.
What You Will Do
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement and assist in developing solutions. Participate in communications between various IT and business partners, deployments, post deployment remediation efforts and support escalation as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 3+ years’ experience in Information Technology in a related field
- Knowledge of application design software (Figma, Balsamiq, etc.)
- Exposure to Agile, Scrum and other iterative and incremental development methodologies
- Knowledge of software and database testing
- Ability to think and act as an end-user
- Ability to work well within a team
- Strong computer skills and experience with custom applications
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support
