Role OverviewThe Business Analyst II will work in the Financial Services IT Department, identifying business needs, communicating with IT staff, and designing application systems. The role involves investigation, analysis, and evaluation of IT projects, as well as developing work plans and estimating resource needs. The position requires 2-4 years of systems design work experience or relevant financial services experience.
What You Will Do
Perform investigation, analysis, and evaluation to determine feasibility for IT related projects. Develop work plans, specifications, and task sequencing. Assist in estimating resource needs for analysts, programmers, and user personnel.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of systems design work experience or relevant financial services experience, a BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or a related technical field, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Fifth year college or university program certificate
- Four to six years related experience and/or training
- BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related technical field
- 2 – 4 years of systems design work experience or relevant financial services experience
- Major systems development and implementation experience
- Ability to communicate ideas and problem solutions
- Ability to effectively work with people in other departments and/or outside of the enterprise
- Must have 1 – 2 years experience in a relevant position within the financial services industry
- Must be customer service oriented
