Role OverviewM9 Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst to work on-site in support of a government contract for a client located in Washington, DC. An active TS/SCI clearance is required. The Business Analyst will lead collections, captures, and manages user needs from prioritization through concept development and user story writing to support development and deployment.
What You Will Do
The Business Analyst will facilitate the gathering of business-focused requirements to support a product team and product owner in defining the backlog and ensuring the user's perspective is considered. The Business Analyst will identify core business needs and decompose and document in concepts of operation, story maps, briefings, and user stories.

Requirements
- Top Secret SCI security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrates ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents
- Demonstrates ability to solve problems involving several options in situations
- Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
- Familiarity with data management and governance frameworks (DAMA, DMBoK) and a strong understanding end-to-end data lifecycle required
- Experience working with data governance tools or catalogs strongly recommended
