Johnson Brothers is seeking a Business Analyst II to facilitate discussions with all levels of the organization to define details to achieve expected outcomes and work as a liaison between business and information technology.

Requirements

  • General understanding of relevant business area(s) within the Distribution Supply Chain
  • Ability to translate business requirements into native ERP configurations
  • Experience determining the explicit and implicit needs and requirements of various stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly learn the objectives, structures, operations, and policies of a new business area
  • Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
