Role OverviewFranciscan Health, one of the largest Catholic health care systems in the Midwest, is seeking a Business Analyst IV to support technology across business office areas. This role involves assessing needs, troubleshooting solutions, and managing upgrades and implementations.
What You Will Do
Facilitate the Information Services Requests Process with operational partners, drive out and document business requirements, translate them into technical and functional requirements, and tie IT project deliverables to business outcomes. You will gather artifacts for security risk and vendor assessments, shepherd contracts through legal, coordinate projects to completion, communicate status to stakeholders, serve as a liaison between operational partners and IS teams, and help establish disaster recovery plans.
