Job Description
The NYC Financial Information Services Agency-Office of Payroll Administration seeks a Computer Systems Manager to serve as a Business Analyst. The selected candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, lead meetings, and provide support to NYC Office of Labor Relations.
Requirements
Master's degree in computer science from an accredited college or university
Three (3) years of progressively more responsible experience in Information Technology
At least eighteen (18) months of experience in an administrative, managerial, or executive capacity
