Role OverviewThe GainsKeeper Business Analyst plays a critical role in defining product requirements, supporting operational analysis, and driving continuous process improvement across the GainsKeeper Suite of Products. This role combines business analysis, financial services expertise, and data-driven problem-solving to support product development, regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
Gather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements for new product features and enhancements. Develop clear and accurate functional specifications, user stories, use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with development teams throughout design, development, testing, and implementation phases.

Requirements
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Experience creating business process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and other requirements documentation
- Knowledge of financial instruments, including equities, fixed income securities, options, mutual funds, and ETFs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, analysis techniques, and data manipulation
- Experience analyzing large data sets and identifying trends, anomalies, and root causes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
