Role Overview

IDS is seeking a Business Analyst with experience in Department of Defense (DoD) financial management processes, government financial and accounting systems, acquisition and budgeting processes, and relational databases to provide support and training on-site to a government customer.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include acting as a financial and technical consultant for a DoD program management and financial management system, providing expertise in government finance, assisting customers in properly structuring financial data, performing reconciliation between several systems, and performing daily review of forecasts and accounting data.

This position requires a minimum of five (5) years of government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management or related experience within a DoD organization, and a Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics or other related discipline.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of government acquisition, finance or financial management, program management or related experience within a DoD organization
  • Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRTM) experience and/or certification is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, computer science, mathematics, economics or other related discipline
