Role OverviewWe are hiring a Business Analyst to support NAVFAC Hampton Roads, VA. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), optimizing business processes, and creating project status visualizations. They will also have experience coordinating software requirements, test plans, and QA/QC plans with software developers.
What You Will Do
The Business Analyst will partner with SMEs and stakeholders to evaluate, design, develop, deploy, and maintain solutions for acquiring, processing, analyzing, and displaying information through Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform. They will also review existing data sets, platforms, and visualizations to recommend improvements and support process and system improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), optimizing business processes, and creating project status visualizations
- Experience coordinating software requirements, test plans, and QA/QC plans with software developers
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Advanced proficiency in creating requirements for Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Power Platform solutions
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft SharePoint, and Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience with data management, configuration management, and related processes
- Proven experience developing data visualizations
- Demonstrated experience with VBA, advanced Excel formulas, and complex data manipulation
- Knowledge of work program forecasting and budgeting principles
- Ability to clearly communicate issues, requirements, and process improvements to both technical and non-technical audiences
