Role OverviewThe Business Analyst will support the comprehensive modernization initiative of the Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma (TRS) by analyzing business processes, documenting current state processes, and facilitating discussions to define future state processes. The Business Analyst will work closely with technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment, and will communicate project updates, risks, and issues clearly and proactively.
What You Will Do
The Business Analyst will engage with business units to understand operational workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities, and will document current state processes using clear, structured methods. They will also translate business needs into detailed functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and Azure DevOps work items/user stories.
