Job Description
Role Overview

The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, Human Resources, project management teams, and system users to support the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and optimization of HR technology solutions. This role is responsible for gathering requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, supporting system pilots and testing activities, developing policies and documentation, and ensuring successful adoption of HR systems and related business processes.

What You Will Do

Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions. Develop and maintain business process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Analyst, or related role
  • Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
