The successful candidate will conduct business and systems analysis, analyze current business processes, and recommend compliant, technology-driven improvements.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include conducting business and systems analysis, analyzing current business processes, and recommending compliant, technology-driven improvements. The candidate will also serve as a liaison between program areas, IT teams, external partners, and contractors.

They will also have 6 months of training or experience in operating a personal computer and using Microsoft Office system software.
Requirements
- 24 months of recent experience in delivering human services, including explaining and applying laws, policies, and procedures mandated by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services
- 6 months of training or experience in operating a personal computer and using Microsoft Office system software
- completion of undergraduate core coursework or 2 years of experience in social or behavioral science, pre-medicine, business administration, public administration, human services, or comparable field
