Role OverviewThe Business Analyst supports Product, Operations, Engineering, and Quality Engineering in the analysis, documentation, refinement, and delivery of business requirements for the CHIPS application. This role develops and applies working knowledge of CHIPS business processes, payment flows, application functionality, system interfaces, and operational workflows.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 2-6 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, technology, financial services, payments, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to organize information, identify inconsistencies or gaps, and understand business processes and system behavior.
- Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn complex business applications, workflows, interfaces, data flows, and processing concepts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical team members.
