Job Description
Hadrian is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Commercial Operations team as they scale nationwide and enter new product & service lines. The ideal candidate will have a background in industrial engineering, data analytics, or business operations management, and 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, manufacturing analysis, or operations support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of business analysis, manufacturing analysis, or operations support experience (preferably in manufacturing or aerospace/defense)
  • Working knowledge of many manufacturing processes, shop floor operations, and production planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or similar
  • Experience working with an ERP system (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar)
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Self-motivated and eager to get hands-on and tackle challenges independently while working collaboratively toward identified objectives
