Role Overview

This is a surge support position through January 15, 2026. The position is hybrid, with the office in Washington, DC, supporting a federal client and requires an active public trust or better clearance. The Business Analyst Project Manager will assess technical and business processes, document workflows and dependencies, identify gaps and bottlenecks, recommend improvements, manage project schedules and risks, remove delivery roadblocks, and communicate status to leadership.

What You Will Do

The Business Analyst Project Manager will combine business analysis and project management to drive infrastructure modernization and operational improvements. This includes mapping and documenting existing technical and business processes, identifying inefficiencies and automation candidates, partnering with engineering staff to validate findings and help implement approved recommendations, advising on adoption of Microsoft 365 tools, developing measurements to report on productivity and outcome improvements, producing detailed technical and business process workflow documentation, managing multiple infrastructure projects from planning through delivery, and aggregating technical inputs and publishing concise status reports for client and company leadership.

Requirements

  • 8+ years' experience in project management
  • 7+ years' experience in process analysis, documentation, and process improvement
  • 4+ years' hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI capabilities
  • Experience in federal government, regulated, or enterprise IT environments
  • Hands-on, current experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office
