Role OverviewThe Business Analyst/Quality Assurance supports requirements and analysis for delivery teams. You will elicit and document requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, and partner with Product Owners and engineers to deliver features that meet business needs.
What You Will Do
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, support backlog refinement and sprint planning, model business processes and data flows, support UAT and validation of delivered features, and leverage AI-assisted tools for documentation and analysis.
