Role OverviewThe Business Analytics and Insights Analyst partners with leaders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Insurance, and other business functions to provide analytical support that drives strategic and operational decision-making. This role is responsible for evaluating business performance, identifying opportunities, supporting planning activities, and delivering actionable insights that help improve organizational outcomes.
What You Will Do
Analyze business, financial, and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and key drivers. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making. Conduct business case analyses, opportunity assessments, and root cause investigations to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in analytics, BI, finance, forecasting, reporting, or related analytical functions
- Proven experience developing reports, dashboards, and business analyses that drive decision-making
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
