Job Description
Elga Labwater is seeking a Business and Development Sales Director to manage a team of regional sales managers and representatives. The role focuses on increasing sales revenue and market share, driving new business acquisition, and nurturing existing customer relationships within the water purification systems and laboratory systems markets. A strong hunter mentality and ability to convert leads into closed deals are essential.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of leading a successful sales team
  • Someone who has managed sales HUNTERS and has HUNTER mentality experience
  • Strong experience in HUNTING for new sales, tendering, negotiating and closing deals
  • Proven success working with clients in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences sector
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
  • Experience building relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Experience in trade shows a plus
  • Experience in managing a sales team that are responsible for key accounts and distributors
