Role OverviewThe Supply Planning Business Architect owns the 'Planning Transformation,' a key initiative within Cisco's Supply Chain organization. This team is responsible for unifying demand and supply planning processes to support Cisco's evolving organizational model. As a transformation leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and IT, driving innovation and strategic alignment.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will drive the re-writing of Cisco's planning playbook, establishing a framework to guide operations for years to come. You will lead the integration and deployment of agentic AI capabilities, transforming advanced technology into practical supply chain applications.

Requirements
- 10–12 years of supply chain experience
- 5+ years of dedicated project/program management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Shown experience in modeling business processes using industry-standard tools and techniques
