What You Will Do
Develop and maintain business architecture frameworks, analyze and optimize business processes, design business capability models, and facilitate collaboration across business and technology teams.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field
- Five to seven years of experience within the insurance industry
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification
- Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking with demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with business architecture frameworks and the ability to develop clear, actionable business models and architectural documentation
- Knowledge of process mapping, business process reengineering, and related methodologies
- Strong understanding of software development and project management lifecycles
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and organizational levels
- Clear, concise, and tactful communication skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, stakeholders, and peers
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, changing priorities, and deadline-driven environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, CBA, or PCBA are preferred
