Role OverviewThe Business Attorney will support and partner with General Counsel in providing counsel and guidance on legal matters to mitigate risk and ensure fair and proper business practices. They will conduct reviews and analysis to maximize business performance and protection of Company assets.
What You Will Do
Partner with GUS team to draft, negotiate, and/or review contracts for vendors and customers; track contracts for any amendments, Support business operations by providing advice and counsel on all business matters, Advise and strategize with GUS teams on potential opportunities, Analyze risk and recommend mitigation plans on business operations, Handle corporate governance issues as requested and assist with insurance procurement, Assist in overseeing employment and other litigation, Assist with drafting company policies, Special projects as assigned.
