Job Description
The Sales and Purchasing Coordinator serves as support to Account Management, Business Development, and Purchasing department(s). The role requires a self-motivator with excellent follow-up skills, able to motivate others and work independently. The ability to analyze and interpret business data, and apply mathematical concepts is required.

Requirements

  • An Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Four years of experience as a Purchasing and Sales Coordinator or a related role.
  • Four years of experience successfully handling extensive data entry with a high level of organization and accuracy
  • Four years of experience writing business correspondence (a demonstrated ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.)
  • Four plus (4+) years of communicating with all levels of an organization. (must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and public.)
  • Four plus (4+) years with MS Office Products ((intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point)
