Job Description
The Sales and Purchasing Coordinator serves as support to Account Management, Business Development, and Purchasing department(s). The role requires a self-motivator with excellent follow-up skills, able to motivate others and work independently. The ability to analyze and interpret business data, and apply mathematical concepts is required.
Requirements
An Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Four years of experience as a Purchasing and Sales Coordinator or a related role.
Four years of experience successfully handling extensive data entry with a high level of organization and accuracy
Four years of experience writing business correspondence (a demonstrated ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.)
Four plus (4+) years of communicating with all levels of an organization. (must have the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and public.)
Four plus (4+) years with MS Office Products ((intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point)
