Job Description
Microsoft is seeking a Business Design Practice Lead to drive the evolution of Customer Service & Support (CSS). This role focuses on translating strategy into a structured roadmap, aligning investments, and ensuring impactful programs deliver business outcomes. The CSS Strategy + Design team will define priorities, align with leaders, and integrate across the organization, ultimately improving CSS's capabilities and business maturity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business-related field
  • 8+ years experience in business planning, operations management, strategy, portfolio- or product management, data analytics, or business-related roles
  • 2+ years of experience with customer support
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., management, program management, operations, process management, data analytics) AND 10+ years experience in business planning, operations management, strategy, portfolio- or product management, data analytics, or business-related roles
  • Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop structured roadmaps
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear priorities and mapping dependencies
