Job Description
Atlas Healthcare Partners is seeking a Business Development Associate Director to drive internal organic growth and recruit new providers in Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs). The ideal candidate will have a self-starter mentality, thrive in autonomy, and enjoy winning through their own efforts.

Requirements

  • Collaborate with Atlas Ambulatory Surgery Center operations and engage current physician medical staff
  • Build relationships with in-market operations leaders and key support center internal partners
  • Create an aligned winning culture driving organic revenue growth and new recruit growth
  • Recruit private practice and employed physicians
  • Increase case volume and strengthen relationships with existing physicians
  • Leverage OR experience to engage in strategic conversations and build trusted partnerships with surgeons
  • Synthesize and execute upon an in-market growth strategy to identify, segment, source, attract, and convert new leads into case volumes
