Job Description
Role Overview

Guidepoint's Business Development teams are passionate about expanding our reach with both new and existing clients. This role will report directly to the Executive Vice President, US Consulting as they secure new relationships with our target client base.

What You Will Do

Develop a working knowledge of industry coverage and the competitive landscape. Conduct outbound prospecting to generate leads and lead introductory/exploratory calls with prospects. Meet designated sales targets using a strategic and thoughtful process designed to partner with clients and add value to their process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Broad base knowledge of the sales process from lead generation to relationship management
  • Excellent communicator capable of handling high-profile clients
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • AI fluency and experience using AI-enabled tools to support research, organization, prioritization, and written communication
