Job Description
SWTCH is pioneering EV charging solutions for multifamily and commercial properties across North America. The Business Development Associate, Real Estate Partnerships will assist the Director of Real Estate Partnerships and play a pivotal role in supporting our real estate strategy throughout the USA.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in real estate, sales, or renewable energy
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate SWTCH Energy’s value proposition to external stakeholders.
Ability to gather and interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights for the Director of Real Estate Partnerships.
Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage administrative tasks for multiple projects at once without losing quality.
Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience using Slack and CRM software SalesForce.
