Job Description
We are a clean energy company with a mission to reduce carbon emissions globally to ensure a clean and sustainable future. As a Business Development Associate, you will support our real estate strategy throughout the USA, assist in executing our growth goals, and identify new partners and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sustainability, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in real estate, sales, or renewable energy
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate SWTCH Energy’s value proposition to external stakeholders
  • Ability to gather and interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights for the Director of Real Estate Partnerships
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage administrative tasks for multiple projects at once without losing quality
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as experience using Slack and CRM software SalesForce
  • A "self-starter" attitude with a willingness to learn the complexities of the EV charging and renewable energy regulatory landscape
