Job Description
SWTCH is pioneering EV charging solutions for multifamily and commercial properties across North America. We're looking for a Business Development Associate to support our real estate partnerships strategy and help accelerate our growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Sustainability, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in real estate, sales, or renewable energy
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly articulate SWTCH Energy's value proposition to external stakeholders
  • Ability to gather and interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights for the Director of Real Estate Partnerships
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage administrative tasks for multiple projects at once without losing quality
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience using Slack and CRM software SalesForce
